社会インフラを支える産業用電源装置・蓄電システムの研究開発業務をご担当いただきます。社会や人々の生活基盤を支える重要な製品であり、地球環境への貢献につながる製品もあるため、強いやりがいを感じられる職種です。具体的な業務内容は以下のとおりです。産業用電源装置・蓄電システムの制御技術開発 AIを用いた充放電・温調・運転条件の最適化（最適制御）アルゴリズム開発需要・負荷予測（時系列予測）モデルの開発 AIを用いた異常検知（予兆保全）、劣化診断／寿命予測モデルの開発モデルの実装（Python等）および実機／シミュレーション環境での検証・運用設計 AIを活用した設計開発プロセスの効率化（要求仕様整理の支援、設計案の自動生成／比較、評価データ解析の自動化、など）また、市場調査や顧客ヒアリングによる課題把握を通じて、仮説構築・検証を高速で回し、新規事業の種を見つけて事業化の可能性を高める業務もご担当いただきます。（参考）産業用電源装置・蓄電システムとは以下の施設に搭載されているバックアップ用の電源装置であり、社会インフラの一翼を担う重要な設備となります。ビルやショッピングセンター等の商業施設鉄道（駅）・道路・通信等のインフラ施設プラント（工場）やデータセンター上下水道・ダム当社は、上記を一例とした様々なフィールドで活躍しており、国内市場において圧倒的なシェアを持っております。また、蓄電池システムは、BESS（Battery Energy Storage System）を中心に、系統安定化・需給調整・再エネ出力変動対策などに用いる大規模蓄電システムを手掛けています。さらに、電力市場取引も見据え、蓄電池と系統をつなぐパワーコンディショナ（PCS）を含む周辺機器・制御まで一体で提供しています。
