あなたの技術が、3,900万人の働き方を変えます。 カミナシは「ノンデスクワーカーの才能を解き放つ」というミッションのもと、現場で働く人々のポテンシャルを IT の力で最大化し、非効率な業務から解放される世界の実現を目指しています。 カミナシのインダストリアル IoT (IIoT) エンジニアリングチームは、こうした現場に変革をもたらすプロダクトをゼロから作り、日本の働き方そのものをアップデートすることに挑戦しています。 本ポジションでは、センサーデバイスとクラウドプラットフォームを組み合わせ、現場業務をデジタル化する新規事業の開発に携わります。ハードウェアとソフトウェアの両面からノンデスクワーカーの業務を変革するという、カミナシにとって新たな挑戦領域です。 今回の募集では、この新規事業のソフトウェア開発をリードする方を募集しています。決まったアーキテクチャや既存のコードベースがあるわけではなく、技術選定から自ら意思決定し、プロダクトを形にしていくフェーズです。 少数精鋭チームの一員として、フロントエンド及びバックエンド基盤の設計・構築を行っていただくとともに、ユーザとの距離の近さを生かして顧客インタビューや現場訪問を通じてより良いプロダクト開発を進めていただきます。Company Info
