想定ポジションは以下の通りです。【仕事内容】本社・支社・工場、さらに国内外のグループ会社を対象に、ネットワークエンジニアとして幅広いプロジェクトと運用業務に携わっていただきます。全社横断の基幹システムから部門単位のシステムまで、さまざまなプロジェクトに参画し、ネットワーク領域の専門性を活かして企画段階から設計・構築・運用まで一貫して関わるポジションです。担当範囲は、工場や建屋における物理ネットワークの設計・運用、WAN回線の調達・管理、クラウド環境における仮想ネットワークの構築など多岐にわたります。また、ネットワーク間のセキュリティ設計や運用品質の向上、改善活動などのサービスマネジメントにも取り組んでいただきます。製造業ならではの現場ネットワークと企業ITネットワークの両面に関わるため、技術的な挑戦機会が豊富な環境です。具体的な業務は以下のとおりです。プロジェクト企画支援および業務要件定義のサポートネットワークおよびセキュリティ要件定義・基本設計・詳細設計テスト計画の策定およびレビューベンダーコントロール（進捗・品質管理）ネットワーク機器／セキュリティ機器の設計・設定・変更・テスト障害対応／インシデント対応チームメンバーのマネジメント【期待する役割】ネットワークおよびセキュリティに関する専門知識を活かし、プロジェクトの技術的リードとして推進力を発揮していただくことを期待しています。また、関係部門、チームメンバーと連携しながら、全社ネットワークおよびグループ会社の最適化と安定運用に貢献していただくことを期待しています。【募集背景】組織強化の為【魅力】入社年次に関わらず仕事を任される社風で、裁量をもって業務に取り組むことが出来ます。離職率が低く、WLBの良さ、福利厚生も魅力。とても働きやすい環境です。
