本ポジションでは、データや市場動向、顧客インサイトを活用しながら、事業成長を支えるマーケティング活動全般を推進していただきます。デジタルマーケティングを中心に、顧客獲得からエンゲージメント向上まで幅広い領域に関与し、施策の企画立案、実行、効果測定、改善まで一貫して担当します。 データを分析するだけではなく、その結果から本質的な課題や機会を見出し、事業やマーケティング戦略における意思決定を支援できる方を求めています。また、特定の領域に専門性を限定するのではなく、状況に応じて幅広いマーケティング業務に柔軟に関わりながら、成果創出に向けて主体的に行動できることを重視しています。 変化の速い環境の中で複数のプロジェクトを並行して推進し、社内外の関係者と連携しながら課題解決をリードできる方、そして分析と実行の両面からビジネスに貢献したい方にとって、大きな裁量と成長機会のあるポジションです。マーケティングの専門家としてだけでなく、事業パートナーとして組織の成長に貢献することを期待しています。 仕事内容 データ分析およびインサイト創出 ・Google Analytics、CRMデータ、広告プラットフォームなどを活用し、顧客行動・購買プロセスを分析 ・KPI（CVR、CPA、LTVなど）のモニタリングおよび改善施策の提言 ・データに基づく仮説立案とA/Bテストの推進 ・市場動向・競合分析の実施 デマンドジェネレーション戦略の立案・実行 ・デジタル広告（検索、ディスプレイ、SNS等）およびコンテンツマーケティングを活用したリード創出 ・マルチチャネルキャンペーンの設計・運用 ・認知拡大から購買までのフルファネル戦略の構築 ブランドファン・コミュニティの育成 ・SNSやコミュニティプラットフォームを活用したエンゲージメント施策の企画 ・インフルエンサーやアンバサダー施策の推進 ・カスタマージャーニー全体における顧客体験の向上戦略の企画 オンラインコンバージョン最適化（CRO） ・マーケティングオートメーションの活用 ・ECサイトおよびランディングページのUX/UI改善支援 ・コンバージョン率向上施策（パーソナライゼーション、サイト導線改善など）の立案・支援 海外拠点との連携 ・主にアメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジアパシフィック各国のチームとの密な連携と協業・協働
