Job Summary
トヨタ自動車の主力車種であるクラウンやプリウスなどを生産している堤工場にて、車両の塗装および樹脂成形部品の新型モデルチェンジに伴う生産準備業務を推進します。 生産を安全かつ効率的に行うため、デジタル化や新技術の導入・維持管理まで一貫して担当します。ソフト開発部門と連携し、将来構想から製造現場への導入までを行います。 また、「エコな車はエコな工場から」を合言葉に、廃棄物低減やカーボンニュートラル、ビオトープ設置などの環境活動にも取り組んでいます。 必要に応じて海外拠点（北米・欧州・中国）への出張や出向支援も行っています。Company Info
