【部のミッション】 2030年を見据えた新製品工法開発を通じ、競争力あるボデー構造実現に貢献することを目指す。材料・構造・工法を横断した最適技術の見極めを進め、ボデーに求められる品質水準を、実証評価により定量的に明確化することを課題とする。フロント・リヤにおける最適接合・鋳造工法の探索と量産適合性評価を使命とし、最速かつ確実な技術実装を牽引する。 【室・グループのミッション】 １グループは、ボデー商品化に向け設計部門と連携しTEKIZI構造を実現するための工法開発を鋳造〜加工〜接合を工程スルーで技術基盤確立を目指すことを使命とする。 募集背景 自動車に新たな価値を与えるボデー骨格開発のため、設計部門と連携し新たな工法開発を進めています。 TEKIZAIボデーに向けた新たな工法開発を進めるため、様々な塑性加工技術とCAEに精通した人材を募集します。 業務のやりがい 工法開発だけでなく、製品設計やOEMとの製品開発の最前線に立ち、開発技術の商品化に携われる。 職務内容 ・アルミダイカストを活用した新工法開発に向けたCAE技術開発 ・設計部門と連携したSE活動による製品開発 具体的な業務内容 ・新工法開発に向けたCAE技術開発 実証設備を使った実験を行い、解析技術への落とし込み。 ・設計部門と連携したSE活動による製品開発 新工法導入に向けた形状提案の実施Company Info
