組織のミッション 第2EV技術部 システム開発室 ・アイシンコア技術を活用した魅力ある電動製品開発 ・「うれしさ」を訴求した競争力ある電動製品の確実な量産化 募集背景 クルマの電動化が自動車業界を大きく変える中、アイシンは新たな時代に対応すべく、これまでの自動車部品の開発で培った技術・知見を基礎に、電動化に貢献するさまざまな技術を開発しています。メカ・電気・ソフトの専門家と議論を重ねながらシステム最適解を形にするエンジニアを募集しています。 業務のやりがい アイシンは“移動”を支える多くの製品やサービスを取り扱っており、“自動車メーカーに最も近いサプライヤ”です。様々な技術や知識、経験があるメンバーと共に、会社の次なる柱となりうる新規事業開発の初期から参画し、車の電動化を通して世の中のカーボンニュートラルに貢献できる可能性がある仕事です。 職務内容 BEV向け電動パワートレイン製品の開発において、顧客要求、社内企画要求を踏まえ、性能・電費・信頼性・コストなどを考慮した要件定義およびシステム設計（機能設計、性能設計など）を行っていただきます。機械・電気・ソフトの技術者と連携しながらシステム全体を見渡して設計検討から実機検証まで推進していただきます。 具体的な業務内容 ■業務内容 ・BEVパワートレイン製品開発における、システムの企画、設計、検証 ・将来に向けた開発の仕組みづくり（プロセス改善・標準化） ■使用ツール ・MATLAB Simulink、Flotherm(XT)、Cameo、Codebeamer ■職場環境 ・設計、試作、評価の拠点がすぐそばにあり、一体となった研究開発が可能です。在宅やフレックスタイム制度など個人に合わせた働き方を推奨しています。 ■支援体制 ・同僚の技術者からのＯＪＴ指導、または社内外研修も希望に応じて積極的に受けて頂きながら、知識縮得、実践力向上を行って頂きます。Company Info
