Job Summary

当部は、HV,PHVエンジン搭載車における主要部品の開発を通じて、車両の性能・環境性能向上に貢献することをミッションとしています。昨今の電動化市場ニーズのBEVからHEVへのシフトによりHEV用エンジン開発が急増しており、HEV用エンジンの更なる高効率・低燃費化が求められる中で、インテークマニホールドなど樹脂部品設計を担う当室（グループ）は、エンジン性能・効率・軽量化を最大化する重要な役割を担っています。エンジンの高効率化・軽量化要求の高まりにより、樹脂部品設計の重要性が一層増しています。今後もHEV、PHV向けを中心に開発案件が継続的に見込まれる中、設計力の強化と技術の継承が課題となっています。将来を見据え、上流から開発をリードできる体制構築を目的に、新たな設計者を募集します。エンジン性能を左右するインテークマニホールド等の樹脂部品設計は、車両価値に直結するやりがいある業務です。性能を高めるための形状設計と、強度・信頼性を担保する材料・構造設計とを両立する最適解を見出すという面白さがあり、設計の成果を量産車として世に届けられる点もアイシンならではの魅力です。これまでの経験を活かし、より影響力の大きな仕事に挑戦できます。インテークマニホールドをはじめとするエンジン周辺の樹脂部品設計を担当します。要求仕様を達成するための各種CAE検討、構造・材料検討、CAD設計に加え、射出成形や振動溶着などの工法を考慮した量産性設計から評価検証までを行い、関係部署と連携しながら量産開発を推進していただきます。
