募集背景 クーガーが提供するバーチャルヒューマンエージェント「レイチェル」は、当社がこれまでAI、ゲーム、検索エンジンの開発で培ってきた技術を融合して生み出されたプロダクトです。バーチャルヒューマンのビジネスは、生成AIの急成長を背景に今後大きなマーケットになることが予想されています。当社は、2016年からいち早くその可能性に取り組み、すでにファミリーマート国内全店の半数近くにあたる約7,000店への導入を達成しています。これほど大規模にバーチャルヒューマンが商用化されている例は、世界を見ても他に類を見ません。 このような事業成長とユースケースの拡大に対応するため、私たちは人型AIプラットフォーム「LUDENS」の開発体制を強化しています。バックエンド・フロントエンドの双方から、より多様な業務に対応できる拡張性と開発効率を実現するため、プロダクト全体を横断的に支えるフルスタックエンジニアを募集します。 職務内容 バーチャルヒューマン「レイチェル」の基盤となるAIプラットフォーム「LUDENS」上には、画像認識を担う「VisualCortex」、自然言語を担う「LanguageCortex」、意味を解釈して検索する「Insight」、データ分析基盤「Ludens Analytics」など人間の構造のような様々なコンポーネントがあります。 本ポジションでは、多様な技術を駆使し、大規模なデータを取り扱うAIプラットフォームのバックエンド・フロントエンドの設計・開発から運用をチームの一員として担当していただきます。業務には、GoやPythonによるAPIやバッチ処理、React/TypeScriptによるWebインターフェースの設計・実装、開発効率を高めるためのコード共通化やテスト自動化などが含まれます。設計から運用までを一貫して担い、プロダクトの価値を最大化することがミッションです。
