■配属予定部署 光電融合デバイス事業部門 光デバイス製造改革チーム 第2課 ■業務内容 世界最先端の光電融合デバイスの量産化に向けた中核業務として、新規生産設備(成膜装置、加工装置、リソグラフィ等)の導入、立上げ業務をお任せ致します。 ・プロセス条件最適化・量産条件の確立 ・製品品質評価および顧客認定対応 ・歩留向上・生産性改善に向けた工程改善・新規設備導入 ・新製品開発における生産技術確立（条件設計・管理基準策定） ■当課のミッション 当社拠点における、光半導体製品の前工程生産技術/要素技術 結晶成長/ウェハプロセス工程生産技術事項検討、設備選定/導入、安全推進 ■当ポジションで働くやりがい 新製品を量産化するラインを0から作り上げるため、やりがいや達成感は非常に大きいです。 課題や未知の事項も多く、積極的な姿勢を求める環境にあり、やりたいことにチャレンジできます。技術裁量が大きく、自らの知見をプロセスに反映できる稀少性の高いポジションです。 ■将来的なキャリアパスのイメージ 配属課内での装置担当、工程担当経験を経て、5年以内に課内のリーダへ。 その後各拠点の生産技術部門の担当、もしくは課長としてマネジメント業務を担って頂く事を期待しています。Company Info
