Job Summary
■配属予定部署 次世代フォトニクス事業創造プロジェクトチーム 光デバイス製造改革チーム ■業務内容 次世代光半導体デバイスに用いるシリコンフォトニクスと周辺技術の開発。 ・シリコンフォトニクスの設計・試作・特性評価（フォトディテクタ・偏波ダイバーシティを含むパッシブ要素光素子）。 ・変調デバイス-シリコンフォトニクス間の電気・光学接続を含む実装技術開発。 （シリコンフォトニクス外部ファブとの交渉、試作テープアウト経験。） ・共同研究先・関係部署との連携。 ■当課のミッション 次世代光半導体デバイスのプロセス開発 プロセス工程設計、評価解析、歩留まり向上、要素技術検討 ■当ポジションで働くやりがい 新製品に関する技術をゼロから作り上げるため、やりがいや達成感は非常に大きい。課題や未知の事項も多く、積極的な姿勢を求める環境にあり、やりたいことにチャレンジできる。 基礎的な研究から製品化に近い開発まで、実際の試作品を触りながら取り組むことができる。 ■将来的なキャリアパス（5~10年） 開発業務にて経験を積んだ上で、自分が開発した製品の事業化などに関わるキャリアパスがあります。配属課内での担当経験を経て、5～10年で課内のリーダとなることが期待されます。Company Info
