Hacobuについて 私たちHacobuは、断絶されたデータをつなぐ「物流情報プラットフォーム」を構築し、この社会的な難問を解決しようとしています。主力サービス「MOVO Berth」は継続利用率99.8%（※）を誇り、強固な顧客基盤を確立しています。国内物流市場は約50兆円規模でありながら、デジタル化率はわずか9%。物流の課題に正面から向き合い、産業構造そのものをアップデートすることを目指しています。 募集背景 現在Hacobuは社員数220名規模となり、組織としての成熟フェーズに移行しています。事業の非連続な成長を支えるためには、採用・育成・制度・評価・報酬といった人事機能の高度化・体系化が急務です。本ポジションでは、HRBPとして事業に入り込みつつ、採用・人事領域のCoEとして施策設計を担っていただきます。 業務内容 HRBP・採用 コンサルティング・ソリューション事業部門のパートナーとして、組織課題の解決を一気通貫で担っていただきます。合わせて採用も担い、事業成長に直結する人材獲得を推進していただきます。 【HRBP】 本部長と連携した組織戦略・人員計画の策定および実行支援 エンゲージメントデータの活用と改善アクションの推進 人員計画・異動・配置に関する事業部との連携 組織課題の分析および人事施策への連携・反映 【採用】 採用戦略の立案（ターゲット定義・チャネル設計・KPI設定） 求人票・スカウト文の作成、採用広報施策の企画 面接設計・面接官トレーニング 入社後オンボーディング・定着フォローに関する連携 【CoE企画】 等級制度・評価制度の設計・改定および運用推進サポート 報酬レンジ・給与テーブル見直しの検討 研修・人材開発プログラムの企画・運営 HRオペレーション構築・最適化の推進 制度浸透に向けた社内コミュニケーション企画
