Astemoは、本田技研工業株式会社、株式会社日立製作所、JICキャピタル株式会社による共同出資会社であり、自動車部品のグローバルメガサプライヤーとして、世界中で約80,000人の従業員を擁し、アメリカ、アジア、中国、ヨーロッパ、日本で事業を展開しています。電動ビジネス事業部、車両ビジネス事業部、モーターサイクル事業部等を通じて、自動車部品および輸送用・産業用の機械器具やシステムの開発、製造、販売、サービスを行っています。 xEVビジネスユニットでは、今後、自動車の中核となる電動車(EV・HEVなど)向けの先進的な電動パワートレイン製品を、世界中の自動車メーカに提供しており、世界の環境負荷低減に貢献しています。配属となる第三インバータ設計部では、電動パワートレインのキーコンポーネントであるインバータのハードウェア設計開発をしています。多様な電動車両に対して両面冷却パワーモジュール等の技術を有し、小型・軽量・高出力な製品をご提供するために、構造解析、回路シミュレータ、冷却性能分析など解析技術を活用。さらには低インダクタンス技術等を独自で開発し、さまざまな電動車両への適用を考えた開発を行っています。より低コストで小型・軽量・高出力な製品実現をミッションに、インバータ内に搭載されるパワーモジュール設計を担当いただきます。自動車メーカーやサプライヤ、社内他部門と直接やり取りし、すり合わせしながら製品開発する役割も持ちます。
