ARISE analyticsは設立9年目、社員・業務委託を含め約600名規模へ成長したデータ・AIカンパニーです。現在は第二創業期であり、急成長するビジネスを支える社内IT基盤の整備が急務となっています。そのため、AI活用推進・ITガバナンス強化・業務自動化の3領域で複数の変革プロジェクトが同時進行しており、チームとプロジェクト全体を統括するマネージャー層の増強が必要となっています。当ポジションでは、コーポレートIT戦略を通じて、全社のDX推進・生産性向上を非連続に推進する体制づくりをお任せできる方を募集しています。ポジションのミッション情シスの変革プロジェクトを束ねるPMとして、経営と現場の間に立ち、IT基盤の整備を計画から定着まで一気通貫で推進するポジションです。情シスチームのラインマネジメントを行い、経営層やエンドユーザーに価値を届けられる情シスの体制を目指します。業務内容マネージャーとして、チームとパートナーの力を活かしてプロジェクトを前に動かす業務です。複数のIT整備プロジェクト（アーキテクチャ整理、ID・Endpoint管理、ITガバナンス・監査対応、AI活用の業務プロセス設計、ライセンス最適化）の全体PM プロジェクトの設計（WBS/RACI等）・社内ステークホルダー調整・パートナーとの協働マネジメント全社の情報資産・ID・ライセンス・デバイス・ファイル等の単一情報源（SSOT）のデータ整備情報セキュリティポリシーの運用管理、および外部監査対応の実務指揮 IT予算の策定・執行管理、SaaSライセンスの採算管理・コスト最適化整備成果物（設計書・ポリシー文書・運用手順）の標準化と組織ナレッジ化チームメンバーのマネジメント・育成（目標設定・1on1・スキル開発支援・評価）、教育計画の設計と実行
