最新の生成AI（LLM）とAWSのサーバーレスアーキテクチャを武器に、「開発プロセスの変革（仕様駆動開発）」と「ビジネスへのAI実装（RAG等）」の両輪をリードしていただきます。 Anthropic Claude 等の高度な基盤モデルを最大限に引き出し、AIエージェントによるコード生成や自動検証を組み込んだ、これからの時代のスタンダードとなる開発スタイルを顧客と共に創り上げることがミッションです。具体的な業務内容 ①仕様駆動開発（Specification-Driven Development）の実践・自然言語や構造化された仕様から、Anthropic Claude（Amazon Bedrock経由）等のLLMを用いてコードやテストコードを自動生成する開発フローの構築・AIによるコード生成プロセスを前提とした、圧倒的な開発スピードと品質を両立させる「次世代のエンジニアリング手法」の確立 ②高度なRAG（検索拡張生成）システムの構築・Amazon Bedrock、Knowledge Bases for Amazon Bedrockを活用した、高精度なナレッジ活用基盤の実装・Amazon Connect との連携：コンタクトセンターの通話ログやFAQデータをRAGに組み込み、オペレーターへのリアルタイムな回答支援や応対要約を実現するアーキテクチャの設計 ③サーバーレスAIネイティブな設計・実装・ Lambda、Step Functions、EventBridge等を活用し、AIワークフローをスケーラブルに組み込むアプリケーション設計・IaC（AWS SAM / AWS CDK / Terraform）を用いた、再現性の高いAIインフラの構築
