認証・権限基盤チームのエンジニアリングマネージャーとして、人/組織/技術の側面からマネジメントを行い、チーム・組織のアウトカム最大化に取り組んでいただきます。 全プロダクトに統一されたセキュリティと認証体験を届ける認証ポータル、月間15億回を超えるmTLS検証を支える証明書基盤、全国数万店舗の薬局の組織・ユーザー管理など、医療現場で安心して使えるプロダクトを支える基盤を開発します。 医療情報を扱うプロダクトとして、厚労省ガイドラインへの準拠や患者情報の保護など、高いセキュリティ要件にも向き合います。 さらに、25,000枚規模の証明書基盤の認証局切替、認証情報のマルチリージョン化、よりセキュアな認証の導入など、医療システムのセキュリティ水準を次のレベルに引き上げるプロジェクトが控えています。 プロダクト基盤の信頼性を守りながら、技術的挑戦を継続し、医療業界という複雑なビジネスを紐解く、貴重な経験を味わうことが可能です。 また、チームではAI駆動開発もしっかり定着しており、要求分析からエンジニアが裁量を持って活躍しています。 【具体的には】 技術面・組織面での潜在的課題発見と課題解決の推進 開発生産性の向上 技術的負債の解消 など 中長期的なビジョンから逆算したチームの育成・採用計画の立案および推進 チーム・メンバーの目標設定とトラッキング、評価 メンバーのキャリア設計、スキルアップ、モチベーション向上の支援 関連チームとのコミュニケーション・コラボレーション設計および遂行Company Info
