Job Summary
【部署概要】 クライアントの事業成長に伴走するパートナーとして、主に売上拡大につなげるためのマーケティング課題の発掘〜施策実行を行います。 広告やマーケティングといった領域はもちろん、DX支援等も含め、幅広いソリューションによって顧客の事業課題解決に取り組んでいただきます。 【業務内容】 ・戦略立案：クライアントの業界・課題に応じた獲得最大化のための全体設計 ・提案/折衝：課題ヒアリングから具体的なプランの提案・すり合わせ ・クリエイティブディレクション：バナー・動画・LPのコンセプト立案と社内クリエイティブ組織との連携 ・広告運用/分析：配信データのリアルタイム分析と高速PDCAの実行、AI広告プロダクト（「極予想AI」等）の活用 ・プロジェクトマネジメント：予算・進捗管理、顧客折衝、振り返りと次回提案 【募集背景】 当社は「21世紀を代表する会社を創る」をビジョンに掲げ、インターネット領域で時代の変化に合わせた様々な事業を展開してきました。 顧客の事業成長に向き合う広告事業部において、組織強化を図り、顧客に対してさらなる「広告効果の最大化」を実現するため新たなメンバーの採用を行っております。Company Info
