CMOSイメージセンサ、SPADセンサ、ディスプレイデバイスを始めとするイメージングデバイスの実装設計開発新しい技術分野に積極的にチャレンジする意欲旺盛な人材を求めています昨今、半導体業界は More Than Moore が潮流であり、半導体実装技術が見直されています。是非、イメージングデバイスの分野で新しい風を起こしませんか。募集背景世界一のシェアを誇るキヤノンのレンズ交換式デジタルカメラをはじめ（キヤノンのレンズ交換式デジタルカメラ搭載イメージセンサは全て自社製）、自社製CMOSイメージセンサの搭載製品はシネマ用ビデオカメラ、監視用ネットワークカメラや産業用機器など多岐に広がっています。今後も医療や車載などの搭載製品や事業規模の拡大が期待されており、当然ながら高画質化・高性能化の要求は一層強まってきています。その中で各種用途に合わせたデバイスの実装技術を新たに生み出すことの重要度がますます高まっています。我々と一緒にチャレンジしてくれる意欲のある仲間を募集しています。仕事内容 CMOSイメージセンサ、SPADセンサ、ディスプレイデバイスを始めとする各種半導体デバイスの実装設計開発。具体的に、デジタル一眼カメラ、産業及び車載用イメージセンサ、SPADセンサ及びディスプレイデバイスのパッケージ設計カメラモジュールやディスプレイモジュールの実装設計チップレット技術などの半導体実装プロセス開発実装装置の開発及び量産立ち上げなど多岐に渡った業務を経験できます。
