Job Summary
チームについて 創業者の森とメカエンジニア2名・ソフトウェアエンジニア3名の社員、そして業務委託・副業のエンジニアが数名のチームです。 現在は収穫ロボットに注力しており、移動ロボットと直動3軸とオリジナルのエンドエフェクタを組み合わせたハードウェアをpython等で制御しながら開発しています。 今後は葉かきロボット、芽かきロボット、運搬ロボット、農薬噴霧ロボット、複数台のロボットやハウスの管理システムを統合的に制御・管理するシステムなどの開発も進めていく予定です。 また、メカエンジニア1名に対してソフトウェアエンジニア2-3名の割合のチーム構成を理想として組織づくりをしています。 まだ小さなチームですが、受託ではなく、自社の農場で、自分たちが使うものを素早く作るというものづくりの楽しさがあります。 設計したものをすぐに農場で試せる環境があり、お客さん先ではなく自分たちの実験場で動作確認ができるのが大きな特徴です。 将来的には、ロボット農業システムのパッケージとして外販することも考えているので、自社で使うとはいえ品質や素人でも扱えるような使いやすさにはこだわりたいです。 業務内容 自社開発している農業用ロボットのハードウェア設計・製作 プロジェクト概要 農業用ロボットの機械設計（収穫・芽かき・葉かき・運搬・噴霧・モニタリング・誘引など） 原理検証用試作から製品化までの一貫した開発プロセス 3D CAD（SolidWorks）を用いた設計から加工・組立・調整まで 自社農場での実機テスト・改良Company Info
