Job Summary
当社内部統制部において、監査人としてご活躍いただくことを期待します。 ①J-SOX評価のゼロベース見直し 従来の延長ではなく、すべての統制種類の整備・運用評価プロセスをゼロベースで再設計します。AIによる評価自動化システムの実装を強力に推進し、業務の大幅な効率化と質的向上を実現します。 ②グループ自律型リスク管理の推進 グループ内の標準部統制に基づく自律的評価（CSA）の対象範囲を拡大します。各拠点が自律的にリスクを特定・改善できる仕組みを定着させ、グループ全域のガバナンス底上げとリスク低減を図ります。 ③新領域監査のグランドデザイン策定と実装情報 セキュリティ、サステナビリティ、非財務情報開示など、将来の監査実施を見据えた「監査アウトライン」を可能な限り早いタイミングで策定します。 ④AI活用による次世代の監査体制構築推進 「AIによる自動監査」「AIデータ分析・不正検知」などAIによる監査高度化を進めており、実務での本格運用、それに伴うフォローアップ監査の推進を担当していただきます。 配属部署（内部統制部）について 部長以下17名が在籍。事業会社や監査法人等でキャリアを積んだエキスパートの集団（平均年齢50代半ば）であり、公認会計士、米国公認会計士（USCPA）、公認内部監査人（CIA）などの高度な専門資格を有するキャリア入社者が多数活躍しています。Company Info
