AIエンジニアは、エンタープライズのお客様向けにAI(人工知能)技術を活用した業務変革を実現します。AIに関わる技術力だけでなく、業界・業務に関わる知見、システム開発から運用に関わる幅広い専門知識や経験を活かして新たな価値を提供します。 ◆役割・期待 業界、業務を問わず、システム要件定義、設計・開発・テスト、移行(システム移行、業務移行)、プロジェクト管理経験、運用設計、といった一連のシステム企画～開発～運用の上流工程から下流工程までを担当いただきます。 ◆業務内容 ・ お客様の業務変革を実現するためのAIやその他のテクノロジーを組み合わせたシステム開発 ・アクセンチュア社内の他部門と横断でチームを組成してのプロジェクト推進 ・お客様向けのプロジェクトだけでなく、自社のシステムインテグレーションや、運用保守の手法、働き方の変革 ・生成AIを活用したソリューションの開発、導入 ・上記の要素を踏まえ、グローバルのチームと連携した新たな価値創造 ◆AIエンジニアの魅力 最先端の技術を活用した挑戦的なプロジェクトから大規模プロジェクトまで、様々な選択肢があり、自分の志向にあったキャリア形成ができます。 また、クライアント向けのデリバリだけでなく、個々人がAI技術を活用してアクセンチュア社内の自分達の業務を効率化することにも挑戦ができます。Company Info
