自社サービスである「Musubi」のフロントエンドの開発をご担当いただきます。 Musubiフロントエンドの開発新機能開発コード品質の改善 Musubiはリリースして五年以上が経過しました。服薬指導・薬歴記載といった薬局の基幹業務を担うため、現場の薬剤師の先生方から求められる機能も多岐に渡り、その要望に応えるため機能拡張を繰り返してきました。それにより多くのユーザを獲得でき、満足度も向上しましたが、機能数の増加は画面数の増加などフロントエンドの複雑性に直結するため、コード品質の重要性も日々増している、というフェーズになります。このポジションでは、Musubiの開発チームに加わっていただき、Musubiのフロントエンドの開発を担当していただきます。新機能開発では、既にMusubiは業界内で確固たる地位を築き、十分なユーザ数を獲得していますので、自分が開発した機能が現場の薬剤師の先生方にどのように受け取られているのか、その反響が得られることに開発の醍醐味を感じていただけるかと思います。並行して、リファクタリング、共通UIコンポーネント基盤の整備、ライブラリのバージョンアップ、などコード品質の継続的な改善にも取り組んでいただくことを期待します。チームではスクラムを採用しており、プロダクトオーナー、スクラムマスター、デザイナー、といった様々な職種の方とコミュニケーションをとりながら、業務を遂行していただきます。チームへの参加直後は難しいかもしれませんが、ドメイン知識のキャッチアップが進んだ頃には、開発だけではなくプロダクトやチームのあり方に関しても積極的に提案いただくことを歓迎します。
