カケハシでは「明⽇の医療の基盤となる、エコシステムの実現」というビジョンを掲げ、日本の医療現場が抱える課題をテクノロジーで解決しています。薬局現場の様々な課題、医薬品の流通、患者さんのサポートまで、多岐にわたるサービスを通じて、誰もが安心して暮らせる社会の実現を目指しています。 2025年6月10日には、合計約140億円のシリーズDラウンドの資金調達を完了しました。この資金調達を踏まえ、幅広いプレイヤーとの協働をさらに深めるとともに、M&Aや新技術への投資を行い、さらなる医療DX推進を強力に推進しています。事業の拡大に伴い、蓄積されるデータも量/種類両面で増大しています。この貴重なデータを適切に取り扱いながら最大限に活用し、より良いプロダクト開発や意思決定に繋げるためには、安全で信頼できて、使いやすいデータプラットフォームが不可欠です。そこで今回、当社では、データの利活用の攻めとデータセキュリティの守りの両方の視点を持って、持続可能なデータプラットフォームの開発をリードしてくれるデータプラットフォームエンジニアを募集します。安心してデータが使えて、使いやすいデータプラットフォームの開発・運用を担っていただきます。プロダクト開発者や、データアナリスト、法務、SRE、個人情報保護管理事務局などの様々なステークホルダーと連携しながら、データプラットフォームの開発・運用を通じて、より良いプロダクト開発や迅速な意思決定を支えます。データメッシュを実現するためのデータプラットフォームの設計・開発・運用データの取り込みや加工のデータパイプラインの設計・開発・運用運用業務の改善・自動化
