Job Summary

カケハシの各プロダクトにおけるフロントエンド開発を担っていただきます。 対象となるプロダクトは以下のいずれかです。 クラウド型電子薬歴 Musubi 薬局経営見える化クラウド Musubi Insight 患者フォローシステム Pocket Musubi 医薬品在庫管理・発注システム Musubi AI在庫管理 同じチームにいるプロダクトマネージャ、デザイナー、フロントエンドエンジニア、バックエンドエンジニア、薬剤師などと共に、フロントエンドの専門家としてリーダーシップを取って開発を行っていただきます。 カケハシにおけるフロントエンドエンジニアは、単なる実装担当ではなく、技術でプロダクトを牽引する存在です。各プロダクトの機能開発を中心に、以下のような継続的改善活動にも主体的に取り組んでいただくことを期待しています。 リファクタリング 共通UIコンポーネント基盤の整備 ライブラリのバージョンアップ また、入社直後は難しいかもしれませんが、ドメイン理解が進んだ後には、開発にとどまらず、以下のようなプロダクトやチーム運営に対しても積極的に提案・発信いただけることを歓迎します。 TypeScript利用した実装 Sentryなどを活用したシステム監視基盤構築・運用 プロダクトオーナと連携した技術的知見からの仕様策定 技術的知見をもとにしたフィジビリティスタディ カケハシについて 日本の医療現場が抱える課題は複雑であり、テクノロジーの力が不可欠です。私たちは、医療という難易度の高い課題に向き合い、生成AIをはじめとする最新技術を積極的に活用しながら、泥臭い部分にも積極的に向き合っています。 カケハシの開発組織は約180名のエンジニアやPdMが所属し、「医療体験が日々進化する世界の実現」をミッションにプロダクト開発を続けています。 開発組織の文化としては、開発ブログや勉強会、カンファレンス登壇を通じた組織内外への情報発信を推奨・サポートしています。
