当社は、金属材料の設計力とプロセス技術を強みに、次世代エレクトロニクス向け材料（インク・ペースト）の開発・製造を進めています。 現在、多くのお客様から旺盛な引き合いをいただいており、事業は急拡大期を迎えています。この高まる需要に安定して応え、製品を社会へ安定供給するためには、インク・ペースト共にラボ・ベンチスケールからパイロット・量産段階への「製造スケールアップ」が不可欠です。 すでに確立されつつある開発処方を、いかに効率的かつ高品質に、工程を大型化して安定生産できるプロセスへと昇華させるか。この極めて重要で難易度の高いミッションを牽引していただける、製造技術の中核メンバーを募集します。 ご経験とスキルに応じ、インク・ペーストの製造スケールアップに関わる以下の業務を裁量権を持って担当いただきます。 製造プロセスのスケールアップ検討 開発部門が策定した処方をベースにした、パイロット・量産スケールへの製造プロセス移管および条件検討 攪拌、混合、分散、ろ過などの各工程における、量産化を見据えた最適なプロセスパラメーター（回転数、時間、温度など）の確立 製造プロセスの最適化および標準化 固液分散、混練、脱泡などの工程における製造歩留まりの向上および品質安定化の検討 量産現場への技術移管、標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成、および製造オペレーターへの教育・指導 製造設備の選定・導入・立ち上げ スケールアップに伴う新規製造設備（攪拌機、各種分散機、ろ過器など）の仕様検討、メーカー選定、導入・バリデーション（適格性評価）の推進 トラブルシューティングと継続的改善 量産試作や実生産における不具合発生時の原因究明、および根本的なプロセス改善（4M変更管理など）Company Info
