募集背景 当社は、銅ナノ粒子インクとインクジェット印刷技術をコアに、次世代エレクトロニクス製造技術の革新を推進しています。昨今、生成AIの急速な普及に伴い、AIサーバ用基板には大量の信号高速伝送と安定した電力供給が求められており、基板の高密度化・多層化が急務となっています。その中で、細く深い接続穴である「高アスペクト比マイクロビア」の導電化は、従来の化学銅めっき工法では限界があり、業界共通の大きな量産課題となっていました。 この課題を根本から解決すべく、当社が2026年4月に発表した次世代AIサーバ基板向けソリューション「DeepVia™ HDI」は、国内外の先端基板メーカー様から非常に大きな反響をいただいています。すでに複数のメーカー様との共同検証が加速しており、年内の専用印刷機やインクの納入・立ち上げを見据え、案件が急増している状況です。 この大きな波を捉え、技術の社会実装をさらに加速させるため、R&Dステージから顧客の量産ラインへのプロセス統合、および検証プロセスの最適化を主導していただく「プロセス開発エンジニア」を新たに募集します。 仕事内容 「DeepVia™ HDI」プロセスを中心とした、インクジェット印刷・還元・基板統合プロセスの開発、評価、および最適化業務をご経験とスキルに応じ、裁量権を持って担当いただきます。Company Info
