日本の救急医療は世界でもトップレベルと言われる一方で、デジタル化は遅れています。今なお紙や電話での情報伝達が主流となっており、データを適切に収集する仕組みが確立されていません。 そのため、「当院を受診した患者さんの最も多い症状や診断名は何か？」というような基本的な内容でさえ情報の検索が難しく、ひいてはデータに基づいた医療を提供するのが困難という課題があります。 TXP Medicalはこのような課題を解決するべく、「医療データで命を救う。」をミッションに、病院や救急隊向けに医療情報プラットフォームを開発・提供し、医療現場の情報連携の効率化、そしてデータに基づく意思決定を支援しています。 【業務内容】 救急現場や医療機関で撮影・スキャンされるバイタルモニタ・お薬手帳などの医療ドキュメントから、必要情報を高速かつ高精度に抽出・構造化するOCR基盤の開発に携わっていただきます。 OCR仕様の設計・実装（文字検出・文字認識・レイアウト解析） 実運用データをもとにした認識精度の検証・改善 機種分類・文字認識などモデルの新規開発やチューニング 医療帳票の多様なフォーマットや表記ゆれへの対応 クラウドAIシステムのオンデバイス対応 LLM・Vision Modelなど最新技術の調査・検証と実課題への応用Company Info
