■事業概要 日本の救急医療は世界でもトップレベルと言われる一方で、デジタル化は遅れています。今なお紙や電話での情報伝達が主流となっており、データを適切に収集する仕組みが確立されていません。 そのため、「当院を受診した患者さんの最も多い症状や診断名は何か？」というような基本的な内容でさえ情報の検索が難しく、ひいてはデータに基づいた医療を提供するのが困難という課題があります。 TXP Medicalはこのような課題を解決するべく、「医療データで命を救う。」をミッションに、病院や救急隊向けに医療情報プラットフォームを開発・提供し、医療現場の情報連携の効率化、そしてデータに基づく意思決定を支援しています。 ■業務内容 既存/新規プロダクトにおける、iOSアプリ開発をお任せします。プロダクトマネージャーやビジネスチームと協力しながら、技術選定、開発、テスト、QA、運用まで、多くのフェーズに参画いただきます。 プロダクトマネージャーの指示内容をエンジニア視点で吟味し、より発展的な提案や現実的な仕様に落とし込むことや、業務委託メンバーの管理などもお願いする想定です。 医療現場のDX課題は多く、新たなプロダクト案も日々生まれているため、新規開発にも携わっていただける環境です。Company Info
