大学や官公庁、メーカーなどで研究開発は日々行われています。研究に欠かせない理化学機器や研究設備、産業機器を製造・販売しているのがヤマト科学です。 （1）安定性・将来性 130年以上の歴史の中で、日本を代表するメーカーの研究開発・ものづくりを支え続けています。過去最高売上も更新し業績も好調です。 （2）やりがい メーカー・商社2つの側面を持つため、お客様の要望に幅広い商材で課題解決を行うことが可能です。自身の提案したことが最新の研究や数年後の新製品開発に携わることもあり、やりがいを感じながら業務に励んでいただけることと思います。 （3）働き方 2024年4月から月に1回週休3日制を導入し、ワークライフバランスを重んじる環境づくりに励んでいます。年間休日126日で働きやすい環境になります◎ 仕事内容 研究施設向け製品および実験用什器の構造設計・板金設計をお任せいたします。 【具体的な業務内容】 AUTODESK Inventor（3D-CAD）を使用した構造設計 板金部品の設計および製作図面の作成 受注製品に伴う個別設計検討・仕様打ち合わせ 新製品の企画・新規設計開発 製造部門との連携、技術的検証・改善提案 当社製品は受注生産型のため、案件ごとに仕様が異なります。 毎回設計検討を行うため、ルーティン業務ではなく、創造性や技術力を発揮できる環境です。 また、新製品の開発に携わる機会もあり、設計者として幅広い経験を積むことが可能です。Company Info
