Job Summary

本ポジションは、マネーフォワードケッサイ（MFK）およびデジタルバンクプロジェクトにおける「与信評価モデル」の実装・運用をリードする役割です。 PoC段階のモデルを銀行水準の本番環境へ移行し、MLOpsを通じた継続的な品質管理、および「責任あるAI（Responsible AI）」の観点に基づいた公平性・透明性の実装を推進していただきます。 現在、与信評価モデルの初期検証は順次完了しており、次のフェーズとして「銀行システムへの統合」と「厳格な運用体制の構築」を急いでいます。実務リーダーとして、以下の課題解決を牽引していただくことを期待します。 本番環境へのマイグレーション： 検証環境（Databricks）から本番環境（SageMaker）へのスムーズな移行と、不確実性を排除したCI/CDパイプラインの構築。 銀行水準の品質担保： 融資判断の根拠を説明するためのXAI（SHAP、反実仮想等）の実装と、モデルのバイアス検知・公平性担保。 大規模データの効率的処理： 会計トランザクションデータの特性を活かした分散学習（pandasUDF/Spark等）の導入による、学習・推論サイクルの最適化。 主な業務内容 現場における技術選定および実装のリードを担っていただきます。 MLワークフローの設計・実装：DatabricksとAmazon SageMakerを連携させた、一貫性のあるMLパイプラインの構築。 与信評価モデルの実装・高度化：大規模データセット（Parquet形式等）を用いた、スケーラブルなモデル訓練の実装。 公平性と説明可能性（XAI）の導入：統計的手法（統計的パリティ等）を用いたバイアス評価と、判断根拠を可視化するアルゴリズムの実装。 モデル運用監視（Monitoring）：精度劣化や環境変化（コンセプトドリフト）の継続的な監視、および再学習フローの運用。
