私たちMonotaRO(モノタロウ)は、間接資材(オフィス用品、工具、消耗品など)を取り扱うBtoBオンラインストアを運営しています。2026年時点で商品点数は2,800万点超、ご登録ユーザー数は1,100万件に達し、間接資材販売のEC(電子商取引）としては日本最大規模のサービスへと成長しています。 また現在は韓国、インドネシア、インドへも進出。国内事業で培ったノウハウを最大限活かし、日本発オンラインサービス事業者としてグローバル展開にも注力しています。 ▼職務内容 本ポジションは、2028年に予定している水戸の新倉庫立ち上げに伴う、データサイエンス組織の体制強化に基づくもので、データを活用して、サプライチェーンおよび物流に関する業務改善の企画・実行、および未来への価値創造を担っていただきます。 ▼当ポジションの魅力 データ活用を推進するモノタロウでは、機械学習、数理最適化、時系列モデルなどの専門領域に精通したデータサイエンティストやデータエンジニアが数十名在籍しています。本ポジションのミッションは、東日本の物流中枢である拠点でのモデル構築・高度化です。業務に必要なデータはBigQuery上で整備されており、すぐに活用可能です。Company Info
