SHIFT AIは「日本をAI先進国に」をミッションに、AIのビジネス活用を学べるAI大学「SHIFT AI」の運営を中心に、AIに関する情報発信、教育、活用支援の3つの軸で日本のAI推進を加速するインフラづくりを行っています。 法人向け生成AI事業のインサイドセールス（SDR）として、商談機会の最大化を担っていただきます。 ＜具体的な業務＞ マーケ／イベント経由リードへの初期対応（電話・メール・オンライン） リードナーチャリング、失注案件／休眠顧客の掘り起こし セールスとの連携による受注最大化（パイプラインに応じた量質調整） HubSpotを用いたSFA運用、リードスコア／ステータス管理、データクレンジング トークスクリプト／テンプレ／営業資料の継続改善 一次情報（顧客課題・反応・障壁）の分析と全社フィードバック MQL/SQL最大化のためのマーケ連携（ウェビナー・展示会・セミナー企画運営の支援） 立ち上げフェーズの中核メンバーとして、ISの仕組み化・再現性づくりをリードしていただくポジションです。Company Info
