TERASSは「いい不動産取引は、いいエージェントから」を当たり前にするために、不動産売買領域のDXを行い、家を買う人、売る人、働く人等すべての不動産に関わる人をエンパワーメントするスタートアップ企業です。 ▼仕事概要 成長フェーズのスタートアップにおけるIT基盤の最適化とDX推進を実現するため、社内情シス（社内SE）として、以下のプロジェクトの主体的な推進をお任せします。 IT全般の課題解決・業務改善（SaaS選定・導入、AI活用、業務自動化、内製ツール開発、M&A統合、オフィス移転） ガバナンス・統制構築（ID統制、セキュリティ、規程整備、IPO準備） ▼働く魅力 希少な経験を積める（IPO準備・M&A後のシステム統合など、全社インパクトの高いテーマを中核で担い、短いサイクルで成長できる。） 大型プロジェクトに段階的に挑戦できる（まず小〜中規模のプロジェクトとIT統制で土台を固め、その後はM&A統合・IPO準備などの大型プロジェクトにもチームリーダーからしっかりとフォローを受けながら挑戦できる。） 提案がかたちになりやすい（改善のアイデアをいつでも出せて、それが実際の取り組みにつながりやすい。） モダンなIT環境で経験を積むことが出来る（生成AIが日常業務に組み込まれ、ノーコード自動化も当たり前な環境です。（Google Workspace・Slack・Notion などを活用））Company Info
