＜配属予定部署＞ デジタル事業本部　デジタルサービス開発グループ ＜業務内容＞ 「東京都公式アプリ」は、将来的に都民1,400万人に向けた行政手続きのデジタル窓口となることを目指すデジタル行政サービスです。デジタル事業本部デジタルサービス開発グループは、その開発・運用を担っており、機能拡充を迅速に行なっていくため、東京都公式アプリの内製化を推進しています。 その一員として、都民の生活を支える東京都公式アプリのサーバーサイドシステムの設計・開発・運用をリードし、サービス全体の品質向上と機能拡充に貢献いただきます。 具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです（一例） ○ バックエンドAPI・バッチ開発 　・TypeScript／Node.js（Hono）などを用いたバックエンドシステムの設計・実装 　・RESTful API や gRPC によるフロントエンド・モバイルアプリとの連携 　・AIエージェントを用いた仕様駆動開発によるコード品質確保と持続的なリファクタリング ○ システム基盤の設計と実装 　・都民1,400万人が利用する大規模トラフィックに対応したスケーラブルなシステム設計 　・Google Cloud Platformの各種サーバコンポーネントを用いたアーキテクチャの活用 　・高可用性を確保するための負荷分散、キャッシュ戦略（Redis 等）の実装 ○ データ設計と管理 　・Spanner(DB) の適切な設計とパフォーマンス最適化

GovTechTokyo is a General Incorporated Foundation established in July 2023 by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to accelerate digital transformation (DX) across the entire Tokyo metropolitan area, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and its 62 municipalities. It serves as a new platform to foster digital transformation and bring policy innovations by collaborating with diverse partners, including local governments and private companies. Its mission is to enrich and improve the lives of individual residents through the power of digital technology. GovTechTokyo achieves this by offering six key services: promoting DX within Tokyo Metropolitan Government bureaus and municipalities, strengthening and standardizing digital infrastructure, securing and developing digital talent, promoting data utilization, and creating new services through public-private collaboration. The organization also aims to contribute to the digitalization of over 1,700 municipalities across Japan and other cities globally.
