LIXILにおける社内課題をAIで解決するAIエンジニアを募集致します。 AI活用のリード役として、主に生産拠点（工場）や物流拠点の現場課題を技術で解決し、内製化を推進していただくミッションを担っていただきます。 担当業務 ・課題抽出とソリューション提案 工場SEや現場スタッフと連携し、現場のニーズ（自動化、効率化等）を拾い上げ、AIを活用した解決策を自ら提案・構築します。 ・AIシステムの設計・実装 既存システムへのAI組み込みや、新しいAIアーキテクチャの描画、プログラミング（Python等）による実装まで一貫して担当します。 ※配属の部門により担当業務が異なります。 (変更の範囲)適性に応じて、会社の定める業務へ変更を行うことがあるCompany Info
