Job Summary

配属予定組織の業務内容 DXの進展に伴い高度化・複雑化するサイバーリスクに対し、当社ではこれを重要な経営課題と位置づけています。本ポジションでは、2026年4月に新設された情報セキュリティ担当において、部門責任者と連携しながらガバナンス体制の構築・運用を最前線でリードする、立ち上げコアメンバー（プレイングリーダー）としての参画を期待します。 お任せしたい仕事内容 全社情報セキュリティを統括するチームの中核として、主に以下を担っていただくことを想定しております。 ①NIST CSF 2.0等に基づいた情報セキュリティポリシー・規定の策定および維持・運用 ②全社リスクアセスメントの実施およびリスク対応計画の策定支援 ③委託先・サプライヤーに対するセキュリティ評価基準の策定とモニタリング ④全社教育プログラムの企画および組織文化の醸成 ⑤関連法規や業界ガイドラインの遵守状況モニタリング ⑥チームメンバーの業務遂行の支援と育成 ⑦部門責任者と連携した全社セキュリティ施策の推進、および関係各署との調整・合意形成 ⑧全社横断的なセキュリティ推進体制（各種会議体など）の実務運営、および重要事項の取りまとめ・報告 ⑨各事業部門におけるセキュリティ課題に対する助言・調整を通じた横断的な統制 ＊ こられの領域において、情報セキュリティガバナンスを統括するチームのリーダーとして、主体的に役割を担い、組織および施策の推進を牽引していただくことを期待しています。
