地球温暖化の大きな原因、メタンガス。当社は牛の排泄物からメタンを減らす特別な微生物を見つけ出し、その力を最大限に高める研究開発を進めています。 これは、最先端の微生物学・ゲノム技術を駆使し、気候変動という世界的課題に具体的な解決策を生み出す挑戦です。あなたの微生物単離・培養の経験と知識が、持続可能な食と環境、そしてカーボンニュートラル社会の実現に不可欠な力となります。 新規導入する分析機器の運用と精緻な分析をリードする、即戦力の専門人材を機器と同数（3～4名）で募集します（システム開発部・分析チーム）。 ■業務内容 ・GC-FID（水素炎イオン化型ガスクロマトグラフ）装置の操作・測定、およびガス分析の実行 ・定められた分析手順・メソッドに則ったデータ取得と品質管理 ・分析プロセス全体の進行管理、およびトラブルシューティング ・機器の日常的な保守・メンテナンス ・（将来的に）新規導入機器の立ち上げ・メソッド整備、後進の指導・監督 ※この仕事のリアル：分析機器の安定稼働が事業の根幹です。日々の測定・保守を着実に回す正確さと、新規導入機器の立ち上げを主体的に進める推進力の両方が求められます。原則として現地（ラボ）での勤務が中心です。Company Info
