■当社概要：当社は「生命の力で地球を救う」をミッションに、ゲノム編集技術を活用し、CO₂吸収量の高い植物種苗を開発しています。この植物の力を最大限活用し、農家や自治体と共にCO₂吸収を可視化、カーボンクレジットを創出・販売する新しい仕組みで脱炭素社会の実現と、地域の経済基盤強化を同時に両立しています。 ■業務概要：今回は営業担当として農家や自治体、代理店、購入企業など多様なステークホルダーと信頼関係を築き、当社カーボンクレジット事業を広げる営業をお任せします。 新規農家の開拓から導入フォロー、勉強会の企画運営、自治体・代理店営業まで幅広いフィールドで活躍可能。脱炭素社会の実現という大きな使命を背負いながら、地域と地球の未来をつくる営業として成長できる環境です。また、新興市場なので、未経験でも色々なチャンスがある業界です。 現在は日本国内に加え、オーストラリア・フィリピン・ベトナムなどグローバルにも事業展開中。 社会貢献性の高い事業で、あなたの営業スキルを活かしてみませんか？ ■業務内容： ・稲作コンソーシアム参画頂ける水田農家さんの開拓営業 ・農家さん向けに勉強会の企画運営 ・既存農家さんへのフォロー ・担当エリアの自治体開拓 ・代理店の新規開拓／既存営業・フォロー ・購入企業の開拓 ・地域の地場企業の開拓 ・新方法論的企画立案／実証実験など ・その他、付随する業務Company Info
