車載用電池的製造工法／生産技術開発 ・先進的な電池製造工法／生産技術を、探索・調査から企画・開発する業務 ・社内外での検証実験や、社内で実証するための要素技術開発機の新規導入立上げ ・開発機での要素技術確立および量産開発／生産準備業務への引継ぎおよび業務移行 具体的に担当し得る電池製造プロセスとしては、源泉工程「練る、塗る、乾かす」、組立工程「接合・溶接、注液、封止」、活性化工程「充放電、検査」といった工程を、一連もしくは選任担当できます。 また工法開発機の調査選定としては、展示会や学会へ参加し調査や、トヨタグループ関係会社と打合せ情報収集により加工工法を絞り込みます。そこからさらに加工装置メーカ各社での比較検証実験により、具体的な開発設備に落として行きます。
