■ Gaudiyグループについて Gaudiyグループは、「ファン国家」のビジョン実装に向けて、エンターテインメント・テクノロジー・金融の3領域を横断する事業を展開しています。世界最大級のアニメ・マンガコミュニティサイト「MyAnimeList」（月間2,000万ユーザー・244か国）の運営、IP包括のファンコミュニティ構築を支援する「Gaudiy Fanlink」の開発・提供、Web3金融事業「Gaudiy Financial Labs」の運営をはじめ、3事業が有機的に連動するエコシステムを設計し、新しい社会インフラの構築に取り組んでいます。 2025年5月に発表したプレシリーズCラウンドでは、ソニーグループ、バンダイナムコホールディングスより大型の資金調達を実施。講談社・集英社・小学館などの出版社各社にも新たな株主として参画いただき、日本のエンタメ業界における最大級のエコシステム構築を加速させています。 ■ プロダクト・事業について Gaudiy Fanlinkは、IPホルダーであるエンタメ企業と協業し、公式コミュニティならではのコンテンツ提供を通じて、ファン同士の繋がりやファン活動を強化する仕組みや機能を提供しています。ファンの熱量を最大化するため、投稿・コメント・ゲーム・ストアといった幅広い機能を合わせ持ったプロダクトになっています。 ■ 労務チームについて GaudiyはHD化に伴い、グループ会社がさらに増えていくことが想定されています。労務面では、グループ全体の労務基盤の整備を進めながら、グループインした企業ごとの個別設計も同時に対応する必要があります。具体的には、人事規程・給与体系・勤怠制度の統合、労務リスクの洗い出しと対応など、「PMI」の視点からグループの労務基盤を一から設計・構築するフェーズです。 労務チームはHR以外のバックオフィス機能を持つコーポレート部に所属しており、法務・財務経理・Corporate IT・総務などと連携しながら、自律的に動いて仕事をしています。メンバーは、社労士資格を持つスペシャリストと、総務なども幅広く担えるゼネラリストに加え、2026年3月にHRから異動したメンバーが加わり、3名体制となっています。 ■ ポジション M&A・グループ統合という、なかなか経験できないフェーズを「労務」の専門家として担っていただけるポジションです。まずはチームの一員としてGaudiyグループを理解しながら、グループイン企業の労務統合に深く関与していただきます。ゆくゆくは労務PMIのスペシャリスト、または労務責任者として組織全体の労務基盤を牽引することを期待しています。
