■ Gaudiyグループについて Gaudiyグループは、"ファン国家"のビジョン実装に向けて、エンタテインメント・テクノロジー・金融の3領域を横断する事業を展開しています。世界最大級のアニメ・マンガコミュニティサイト「MyAnimeList」の運営、IP独自のファンコミュニティ構築を支援する「Gaudiy Fanlink」の開発・提供、Web3金融事業「Gaudiy Financial Labs」の運営をはじめ、3領域が有機的に連動するエコシステムを設計し、新しい社会インフラの構築に取り組んでいます。 2025年4月のプレシリーズCラウンドでは、ソニーグループ、バンダイナムコホールディングスより大型の資金調達を実施。続く2ndクローズでは松竹、東映アニメーション、東宝が参画し、日本を代表するエンタテインメント企業との連携基盤をさらに強化しました。2026年2月にはグループ経営体制へ移行し、ビジョン実現に向けた事業拡大とグローバル展開を加速させています。 ■ ポジション今まで少数精鋭でチーム運営されてきたコーポレートチームですが、ホールディングス化(グループ経営)に伴い、グループ会社のコーポレート経営も担うことなり、コーポレート組織の拡大が重要になっております。今回、コーポレートチームを支えていただく役割として、財務経理業務のサポートを中心に、幅広くバックオフィス業務を担っていただける方を募集します。経理財務以外にコーポレートチームには労務・法務・総務・CIT(情シス)があり、ご自身ご経験と志向を踏まえて、様々な業務をサポートいただければ幸いです。 ■業務内容具体的には以下のような業務をご担当いただきます。【経理財務】・請求書処理・振込処理・経費精算対応・決算業務　などまた、その他バックオフィスの業務としては下記のようなものがあり、ご経験とご志向によって一部お任せいたします。【労務】・勤怠管理・入退社管理・雇用契約対応・社労士窓口　など【法務】・契約書管理・契約対応　など【総務】・備品発注、整理　など【CIT(情シス)】・会社保有デバイスの管理・入退社対応　など
