私たちは、土木業界が直面する課題をDX技術で解決することに取り組んでいるスタートアップです。日々膨大な業務に追われ、疲弊していく若手土木技術者たちがいる。高齢化と人材不足はこれからさらに深刻化する。そうした構造課題に対し、「次世代の技術者が誇りを持って働ける土木業界」を実現するために、テクノロジーの力で真正面から解決することに挑戦しています。 当社が提供するSaaSプラットフォーム「CiviLink」の導入顧客に対し、土木ドメインを熟知したFDE（ドメインFDE）とペアを組み、AIツールの開発・実装・顧客技術支援を担うのが本ポジションです。 要件定義から開発・実装・顧客への技術支援まで一気通貫で担いながら、ビズサイドとも連携して新たな課題の創出・案件化を推進します。まだ型のないポジションです。自ら役割を定義し、開拓できる方を求めています。 【具体的な業務内容】 ●ドメインFDEと連携し、顧客の見えている課題・潜在課題を技術視点で深掘り・要件定義する ●要件定義をもとにAIツールの設計・開発・実装を主体的に推進する（LLM・RAG・AIエージェント等） ●開発したツールを顧客現場に実装・定着させ、継続的な改善サイクルを回す ●顧客との直接コミュニケーションを担い、技術面でのコンサルティング的な役割を果たす ●ビズサイドと連携し、新たな課題の創出・案件化を推進する ●現場で得た知見をプロダクト本体へフィードバックし、再利用可能な形に昇華させる 【開発環境】 ●フロントエンド：React（TypeScript）/ Next.js ●バックエンド：Python（FastAPI） ●クラウド：AWS / Azure / GCP / Cloudflare ●プロジェクト管理：GitHub ●コミュニケーション：Slack / Miro / Figma
