■仕事概要 不動産会社向けクラウドサービス事業において、バックオフィス業務を「仕組み化」し、事業を支えていただきます。 単なる事務ではなく、事業やサービスの提供価値を高めるために、業務フローの設計・改善、AIを活用した業務設計・最適化など、オペレーション構築をリードしていただくポジションです。 将来的には中長期でキャリア形成ができるよう、ご意向に応じて企画職やカスタマーサクセス職等へのローテーションも可能です。 ■具体的な業務内容 顧客管理や契約管理のオペレーション構築・改善 支払い・請求業務のオペレーション構築・改善 生成AIを活用した業務プロセスの設計・自動化 顧客の利用状況の分析、課題抽出、及び改善資料作成 社内外向けFAQ・ナレッジの整備 業務改善プロジェクトの実行支援 顧客向けウェビナー、イベント、インタビュー等の企画支援、販促物制作 クラウドサービスに関する問い合わせ対応の効率化（メール・電話等）Company Info
