PLAINERが目指している世界 PLAINERは、「伝わるはずの価値が伝わらない」 という、ソフトウェアが持つ根本的な課題に挑んでいます。 どれだけ優れたプロダクトでも、「何に効くのか」「なぜ自分に必要なのか」 が正しく届かなければ、その価値は埋もれてしまう。 AIが進化しても、この“もったいなさ”は自然には解決しません。むしろLLMのような汎用技術が広がることで、プロダクトとユーザーの関係はさらに複雑になり、「どう伝わるか」 がますます重要になります。 私たちは、「伝える」ではなく「伝わる」体験を設計することを使命としています。Intent（意図）を出発点に、体験そのものを組み立て、ユーザーが自然に「理解できる・活用できる・価値を感じられる」世界をつくりたい。 その結果として, SaaSやAIプロダクトの本当の価値が、世界中のユーザーに届く 企業と顧客が誤解なくつながり、双方にとって成果を出せる 新しいプロダクトが、もっと速く、もっと広く社会に浸透していく ──そんな未来をPLAINERは本気で目指しています。 ポジションに期待する役割 PLAINERは多くの大手SaaSへ導入が進んでおります。一方現在正社員エンジニアが4名であり、これからエンジニア組織を作っているフェーズです。まだまだ開発人員自体も足りないため、コード実装だけでなく、仮説検証や機能設計にも十分な人手が足りていません。また現在のスタートアップ立ち上げフェーズにおいては、開発を中心にしながら、プロダクトの未来や新しい機能を協業・議論できるエンジニアにお越しいただき、事業成長を加速化・安定化させていきたいと考えております。Company Info
