PLAINERが目指している世界 PLAINERは、「伝わるはずの価値が伝わらない」 という、ソフトウェアが抱える根本的な課題に挑んでいます。どれだけ優れたプロダクトでも、「何に効くのか」「なぜ自分に必要なのか」 が正しく届かなければ、その価値は埋もれてしまいます。 AIの進化がこの課題を自動的に解決することはありません。むしろLLMのような汎用技術が広がることで、プロダクトとユーザーの関係はさらに複雑になり、「どう伝わるか」 がますます重要になっています。私たちはこの時代に、「伝える」ではなく 「伝わる体験」 を設計することを使命としています。 2031年にはARR500億円規模のプロダクト群を築くことを目指し、すでに以下のような複数プロジェクトが動き始めています。 仮想環境での爆速検証と市場適応 ガイド・アナリティクス・オートモード開発 LLMを用いたナビゲーション・Q&A基盤の構築 ポジションに期待する役割 本ポジションは Applied AI Engineer として、LLM・生成AIを前提にしたプロダクト設計、0→1の新規プロダクト立ち上げ、仮説検証から本番運用までを見据えた実装を担っていただきます。 少人数の立ち上げフェーズのため、単なる実装に留まらず、「このAIは本当にユーザー価値につながるか？」「この体験は“伝わる”設計になっているか？」といった問いを、PdMや他メンバーと議論しながら、プロダクトそのものを共に作っていく役割です。 将来的には、エンジニア組織・AI開発基盤の中核を担っていただくことも期待しています。Company Info
