【職務概要】 Senior Accountantとして、連結決算および単体決算を中心とした以下の業務をご担当いただきます。 ■ 決算業務（連結・単体） 月次・四半期・年次決算業務の遂行 仕訳計上、勘定残高管理、各種引当金・見積計上の実施 決算整理仕訳の作成およびレビュー補助 決算スケジュールに基づく進捗管理および遅延防止対応 ■ 連結決算業務 連結パッケージの作成および子会社からの収集・確認 連結仕訳の作成（内部取引消去、持分計算等） 連結財務諸表の作成補助 子会社とのコミュニケーションおよび数値整合性の確認 ■ 財務報告・資料作成 決算関連資料（内訳明細、分析資料等）の作成 マネジメント向け報告資料の作成補助 財務数値の増減分析および差異要因の整理 ■ 監査対応 監査法人からの依頼資料の準備・提出 質疑応答対応および論点整理 監査指摘事項への対応および改善フォロー ■ 業務改善・プロセス強化 決算プロセスの効率化・標準化に向けた改善提案・実行 会計処理・運用フローの見直しおよびドキュメント整備 ERP等のシステムを活用した業務高度化の推進 ■ 関係部門との連携 FP&A、税務、各事業部門との連携による情報収集・数値確認 取引内容に関する会計処理方針の整理・調整 【PR事項】 ■ 決算実務の中核として幅広い経験を積める 連結決算・単体決算の双方に関与し、仕訳から連結パッケージ作成、財務数値の分析・取りまとめまで一貫して携わることができます。決算業務全体の流れを理解しながら、実務力を着実に高められる環境です。 ■ 業務範囲を広げながら成長できるポジション 日々の決算業務に加え、監査対応、分析業務、業務改善にも関与可能です。単なるオペレーションにとどまらず、付加価値の高い業務へとステップアップできます。 ■ 改善・高度化に関われる環境 決算プロセスや業務フローの見直し・効率化が求められており、現場発意での改善提案を歓迎する風土があります。主体的に業務をより良くしていく経験を積むことができます。 ■ 将来的なキャリアパス 決算業務の中核メンバーとして経験を積んだ後は、担当領域の拡大や後輩指導、チームリードなどへのステップアップが可能です。専門性を高めながらキャリアの選択肢を広げていただけます。Company Info
