日本の社会インフラを対象とした自動化・高度化に向けた国家プロジェクトが、本格的に動き出しています。 高精度3D地図とダイナミックマップを活用し、自動運転社会の実現を支えるこれらの大規模プロジェクトを、プロジェクトマネージャーとしてリードいただける方を募集します。 多様なステークホルダーとの調整、プロジェクト計画の策定、社会実装に向けた推進など、日本の社会インフラの未来を形づくる重要な役割を担っていただきます。 ＜事業ミッション＞　高精度3D地図で社会インフラの未来をつくる 日本の社会インフラは、深刻な人手不足、老朽化、そして高度化の必要性という課題に直面しています。 ダイナミックマッププラットフォーム（DMP）は、「高精度3D地図 × ダイナミックマップ」を活用し、これらの社会インフラの自動化・効率化・安全性向上を実現するための基盤を提供しています。 私たちが取り組むのは、単なる技術開発ではありません。 国家プロジェクトへの参画をはじめ、さまざまな社会インフラ領域における自動化の社会実装、さらには国際標準化を通じたグローバル展開など、日本の社会インフラの未来を形づくる大規模プロジェクトです。 ＜募集背景＞　社会実装フェーズへの移行とプロジェクト拡大 DMPが関わる領域は多岐にわたり、国土交通省・経済産業省をはじめとする官公庁、インフラ事業者、自動運転車両メーカー、国際機関など、多様なステークホルダーと連携しながら進む大規模プロジェクトが増加しています。 特に近年は、 　　•社会インフラ領域における自動運転の実証 　　•インフラ拠点における自動化に向けた検証 　　•高精度3D地図・ダイナミックマップの協調領域としての仕様整備・ルール形成 など、社会実装を見据えたPoC（概念実証）が拡大しています。 これまでの研究開発中心の検証から、実運用を前提とした要件定義や運用設計を含む検証へと移行しており、プロジェクトの難易度や関係者の広がりは大きく増しています。 これらのプロジェクトを成功に導くためには、技術理解を持ちながら、多様な関係者を束ね、全体最適の観点で意思決定を行い、推進できるプロジェクトマネージャーが不可欠です。 そのため今回、プロジェクトマネージャーを増員募集します。
