■職務概要・趣旨 金融機関代理店および社内営業担当者への研修・教育等の人財育成 ■具体的な職務内容 ・金融機関代理店への保険販売手法、ニーズ喚起手法などの研修企画・提案 ・金融機関代理店における研修実施・講師 ・その他、金融機関代理店の人財育成業務サポート ・営業担当者育成のための各種研修企画・運営・講師・同行支援 ・保険販売推進のための営業手法開発 ■組織構成(コンサルティング推進部) 組織人数：30名 男女比：5：5 ■リモート頻度 週1～2回程度のリモートワークが可能です ご家族などの都合によって柔軟に利用できます ■そのほか働き方 ・小さいお子さんがいる社員はフレックスタイム制度を柔軟に活用 ・月1～2程度の国内出張あり（研修・打ち合わせ等） ■キャリアパス 研修・教育業務を経験後は、金融機関営業担当、キーアカウントマネジャー、営業戦略立案など、幅広い業務に携われる可能性があります。Company Info
