ビジネスを通じて社会課題に取り組む「サステナビリティ」への関心の高まりを受け、「経営企画ユニットサステナビリティ推進室」として2021年に設立されました。2024年度からは「サステナビリティユニット」に拡大し、国内他部署のみならず、海外グループ会社等ともコミュニケーションを取りながら様々な課題解決の取り組みやグループへの施策の展開を行っています。ソリューションGでは、気候変動課題について、自社活動による排出であるスコープ１＋２を中心にサステナビリティ基準に基づく開示、外部評価・アンケート対応を行っております。今回の募集では、日本に導入されるサステナビリティ情報開示に係る規制を踏まえた制度開示対応（例：内部統制の高度化）、気候変動に係る国内外グループを含めた気候変動課題への対応方針の立案、実施についてご対応いただきたいと考えております。＜気候変動課題への対応＞ ●SSBJ（サステナビリティ基準委員会）基準に基づくGHG排出量データの正確性の検証、対応策の検討・国内外のグループ会社から提出されたScope 1、Scope 2、及びScope 3(除くカテゴリ15)のGHG排出データ(以下、「GHG排出データ」)の検証および報告プロセスの改善と標準化・監査法人によるGHG排出量データの任意保証対応・GHG排出データ算出に係る内部統制の高度化・本社における関係部署および外部機関（監査法人等）との連携、調整業務・関係者向けの報告資料の作成 ●Scope3カテゴリ1～14GHG排出量の精緻化に係るグループレベルの対応方針・任意開示の検討 ●中長期視点でのCO2削減施策（含むカーボンクレジットの活用）の立案、グループ各社への展開
