Ubieのビジネスは急成長しており、一般生活者（toC）向けの症状検索エンジン「ユビー」は1,300万MAUを突破、医療機関（toB）向けのユビーメディカルナビは導入件数が1,800件を突破するなど、事業フェーズが大きく変化しています。 医療機関、特に病院においては、電子カルテ・部門システム・院内ネットワークの大部分がWindows・閉域網を前提に構築されており、「病院からUbieへ安定・継続的にデータを連携する」ことが、データ連携を起点としたあらゆるプロダクト価値の基盤となっています。 本ポジションは、医療現場のシステム事情にdeep diveし、構想を自ら描き、設計・実装・運用までをリードする エキスパート職です。 本ポジションでは、以下のような業務を担っていただきます。 医療機関の院内環境（電子カルテ・院内ネットワーク・運用フロー）を深く理解したうえでの、データ連携アーキテクチャ全体の設計・標準化 医療機関の院内Windows環境で動作するクライアントアプリケーションの設計・開発・運用（例：院内ディレクトリを監視し、取得したデータをUbieクラウドへ送信するWindowsアプリケーション） 電子カルテシステム（EMR）やデータウェアハウス（DWH）と連携するアプリのクライアントサイド開発 オンプレ・プロキシ・VPN・閉域接続等、病院特有のネットワーク環境を前提としたアーキテクチャ設計 院内導入時のインストール・アップデート設計、運用監視の仕組みづくり 電カルベンダーや外部パートナーとの技術的な折衝・仕様調整 業務委託エンジニアや外部ベンダーが主体的に開発を進められるよう、技術リード・レビュー・仕組み化を行い、AI 化を含めた生産性向上を推進 必要に応じて、顧客の医療機関に往訪しての調査・議論・設計・テスト
